Do you want to learn some massage skills to use on your partner; friends or family?

We offer fun and enjoyable one day workshops teaching easy to learn and easy to use massage techniques.

Indian Head Massage is a fantastic and versatile skill to have and this Introduction to Indian Head Massage is a highly affordable one day workshop aimed at people who either:

• Want to try a taster in Indian head massage before committing to a longer, more intensive Diploma training.
• Just want to practise on partners, friends and family and learn some useful skills to feel more confident when massaging.
• Enjoy a relaxing day and meet new people.

You will be learning a massage routine for the upper back, neck, head and face.  You will learn by practising on fellow students, or your friend or partner you come with, thereby receiving an Indian head massage yourself!  Notes will accompany the course.
What you will need to bring
You will need to wear loose comfortable clothing including t-shirt, all other equipment is provided.

You should bring soft shoes/slippers or can work in bare feet.

You should be of good health and not suffering from any current medical conditions which would hinder your ability to give and receive a treatment.
