We offer fun and enjoyable half and one day workshops teaching easy to learn and easy to use massage techniques.

Massage is a fantastic skill to have and this Introduction to Thai Foot Massage is a short and highly affordable course aimed at people who:

  • Want to learn a relaxing foot massage to practise on partners, friends and family and learn some useful skills to feel more confident when massaging.
  • Enjoy a relaxing day and meet new people

The course runs over three hours during which time you will learn a foot massage routine.

You will learn by practising on fellow students, or your friend or partner you come with, thereby receiving a massage on the session yourself!

Thai Foot Massage is a massage covering the feet and the lower leg. It involves hands on massage and stretching techniques, and opening the “Sen” energy lines, along with the use of a traditional Thai massage stick to stimulate the reflex points which correspond to the internal organs of the body. These reflex points are stimulated to promte general health and well-being.  This beautiful treatment will help balance the mind and the body offering the client a holistic treatment, encouraging wellbeing and good state of mind.

You should be of good health and not suffering from any current medical conditions which would hinder your ability to give and receive a treatment.
