Whole Woman Workshops are an opportunity to explore a natural approach to the phases and transitions that women experience during our lives, from periods to pregnancy through to menopause. We would like to see all women enjoy these natural processes and transitions, free from pain, discomfort, depression, anxiety and the many other pitfalls that can come along.

Hayley and I will be guiding you through a 5-day journey of cleansing and reconnecting to help you prepare for the Autumn Equinox. We will help you to understand your own unique process so that you can take this at your own pace and support yourself in appropriate ways through this time of shifting and cleansing.
On Friday 18th September, Barbara Wren, author of “Cellular Awakening” and principal of the College of Natural Nutrition, will come and join us to share her wisdom.

WINTER WORKSHOP

This workshop will explore our response to the changing seasons which urge us to open up, let more light in, and move more freely and more expansively. How can we support this with our nutrition, lifestyles and yoga practice?
Hayley’s classes are a deep yet playful exploration, via the physical body, into yoga as a state of being. Through guided movement, breathwork and asana practice students are encouraged to explore deep within the body, to identify and undo habitual patterns of tension, and allow a more primal intelligence to unfold.
Yoga and nutriton work so wonderfully well together, both sharing aims of bringing movement, openness and light into the body so that we can be more connected.

Kirsten Chick D.N.N. (formerly Kirsten Santry) is a qualified and practising nutritional therapist, and a member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners. She trained with Barbara Wren at the College of Natural Nutrition.

Now a tutor at the College of Natural Nutrition and a lecturer at Sussex Downs College, Kirsten also gives regular talks and workshops around the country, writes articles for various publications and companies, and has developed a recipes website to inspire creativity in the kitchen: www.naturalrecipes.co.uk
